ClinicFlow is a comprehensive vaccination clinic management platform used by nursing staff and clinical teams to organize, document, and secure the entire vaccination workflow.
The application enables:
- management of in-clinic workflows,
- accurate documentation of vaccinations (product, batch numbers, doses),
- patient eligibility verification,
- management of no-shows and refusals,
- generation of receipts and official documents.
The system is integrated with provincial immunization registries, enabling real-time data sharing and the standardization of medical records at the provincial level.
Role and responsibilities
I was responsible for the complete modernization of the application, covering technical, functional, and UX aspects.
My contribution focused on three main areas:
- Technical modernization: refactoring the existing codebase, upgrading the front-end stack, and improving maintainability and performance.
- New design integration: implementing the new user interface and improving overall usability.
- New feature development: adding new features and optimizing existing user flows to meet operational needs.
